Your use of the FoodHero app and services constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). FoodHero reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes will mean that you accept those changes.
Platform: Refers to the FoodHero app and website (foodhero.in).
User/You: Refers to any person using the Platform to avail of the services.
We/Us/Our/FoodHero: Refers to Manaspurti Technologies Pvt Ltd, the entity operating the FoodHero platform.
Services: Refers to food and meal-related services, including subscriptions and meal kits, provided via the Platform.
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account if any information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
We provide a platform for Users to subscribe to meal plans and receive meal deliveries. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices may vary based on factors including location and specific meal preferences. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Users will be charged after every successful meal delivery. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price applicable at the time of the order, including any taxes and delivery fees. If we are unable to process your payment, your order may be delayed or canceled.
You may cancel your order within a specified time frame before the scheduled delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our refund policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive, or introduce any harmful software such as viruses to the Platform.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, designs, and content, are owned by FoodHero or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without our explicit permission.
We may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites. Any interaction you have with them is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order placed by you.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
